By roasting 10 different kinds of tea leaves and blending them in EN TEA’s unique ratio, this tea draws out deep aroma and flavor even at low temperatures. Shake fewer times for a lighter taste, or more for a richer flavor. You can also enjoy a second and third brew according to your preference.

Cold-brew tea brings out theanine — the component responsible for sweetness and umami — making it an excellent pairing with meals. The umami of tea enhances the flavors of food, creating a beautifully balanced dining experience.

Cold-brew tea also extracts higher amounts of epigallocatechin (EGC), which promotes relaxation and calm through theanine.

Production Method
・Freshly picked tea leaves are steamed to stop oxidation, then rolled and dried into magatama-shaped Tamaryokucha (a type of Sencha), blended with Sencha and pan-fired tea.
・The blend balances a rich, full-bodied taste and clear transparency that lasts pleasantly after drinking, achieved by crushing and blending multiple tea types in various particle sizes.
・Young buds and shaded-grown leaves are included to enhance the tea’s vibrant green aroma.
