[Important] Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before registering as a member. These Terms set forth your rights and obligations when using the Service.

● Terms of Service
Article 1 (Definitions)
1. In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below.
(1) “Service” means the entire system (including hardware and software) within this site that provides the functions necessary for customers to purchase products, etc. online.
(2) “User” means a person who can purchase products, etc. by using the Store.
(3) “Member” means a User who has completed member registration and has been approved by the Company.
(4) “Store” means a virtual storefront on the Service for selling products, etc.
(5) “Products, etc.” means goods or services sold to Users through the Store.
(6) “Sales Contract” means a purchase and sale agreement for products, etc., or a service provision agreement, between the User and the Company.
2. Unless otherwise specified, all dates and times in these Terms shall be in Japan Standard Time.
3. The headings of the articles are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
4. Unless otherwise stated, references to “Articles” refer to the articles of these Terms.

Article 2 (Scope and Changes to the Terms)
1. Users shall comply with these Terms when using the Store.
2. Individual terms and additional terms separately posted on webpages of this site by the Company constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and such individual or additional terms, the individual or additional terms shall prevail.
3. The Company may amend these Terms at any time without the User’s consent. When the Company amends these Terms, it shall notify Users by posting the amended Terms on the webpages of this site, and the amendment shall take effect upon completion of such notice.

Article 3 (Functions of the Store)
1. The functions of the Store provided by the Company to Users are as follows:
(1) A function that provides an online electronic catalog of information on products, etc. sold by the seller
(2) Acceptance—by the Company’s computer systems that manage and operate the Store—of orders for products, etc. placed by Users
2. The Company may, upon notice to Users, add to or remove any Store functions at any time and shall bear no liability for any damage incurred by Members as a result of such additions or removals.
3. Users shall use the Store solely for private purposes and shall not conduct business using the Service.

Article 4 (Ordering Products)
After selecting products, please enter the information necessary for ordering and delivery, such as the delivery address and payment method. (Member registration is not required.)
Once your order is complete, a confirmation email containing the information you entered and your order details will be sent. Please ensure that you can receive emails from our store. We shall not be liable for any damage incurred by you due to failure to receive emails from us.

Article 5 (Product Shipment)
Shipments are made on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays each week, and we dispatch orders received by the previous day.
* If a shipment day falls on a national holiday, orders will be shipped on the next business day.
* This schedule may differ during consecutive holidays, etc.
* For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is stated on each product page.

Article 6 (Payment)
Payment may be made by credit card, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.

Article 7 (Returns and Exchanges)
Returns are accepted only if the delivered product is defective; in such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the Company.

Article 8 (Order Cancellations)
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Article 9 (Member Registration)
A person who wishes to register as a Member (hereinafter, a “Prospective Member”) shall apply for membership in accordance with the procedures set forth below and any other procedures prescribed by the Company.
(1) You must carefully read these Terms, understand their content, and agree to comply with them. By clicking the “Register” button on the Store’s webpage, Prospective Members are deemed to have indicated their agreement to these Terms and consent to comply with them.
(2) Please enter all required items (hereinafter, “Registration Items”), such as name, address, telephone number, email address, and password, as specified by the Company on the membership registration screen. The Company shall bear no responsibility for any disadvantage suffered by a Prospective Member due to errors or deficiencies in the entered information.

Article 10 (Changes to Registered Information)
1. If there is any change to the Registration Items, the Member shall promptly notify the Company using the prescribed method.
2. If the Member fails to submit the notice in the preceding paragraph and any notice from the Company fails to reach the Member, such notice shall be deemed to have arrived at the time it would normally have arrived.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall properly handle personal information (hereinafter, “Personal Information”) consisting of the items registered by Users when using the Service, items subsequently notified to the Company, and other self-related information, in accordance with the “Privacy Policy” separately posted on this site.

Article 12 (Prohibited Acts)
1. In using the Store, Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
(1) Entering false information or impersonating another person
(2) Infringing or likely infringing the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of the Company or any third party
(3) Placing orders for products, etc. without any intention to purchase
(4) Delaying the performance of payment obligations
(5) Interfering with the operation of the Store
(6) Publishing or posting information on the Store that is contrary to public order and morals (including but not limited to obscene or violent messages, graphics, or audio)
(7) Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Company
2. The User who violates the preceding paragraph shall be responsible for any consequences arising therefrom, and the Company shall bear no liability whatsoever.

Article 13 (Suspension and Revocation of Membership)
If a Member falls under any of the following items, the Company may, without any notice or demand, temporarily suspend or revoke the Member’s membership:
(1) Using a password improperly or allowing a third party to use it
(2) Interfering with the operation of the Store by any means
(3) Violating any provision of these Terms
(4) Failing to pay, by the due date, the consideration for products, etc. purchased through the Store or any other obligations related to the use of the Store
(5) Any other case in which the Company deems the Member to be unsuitable

Article 14 (Suspension of Store Operations)
1. The Company may, without prior notice to Users, temporarily suspend or discontinue part or all of the operation or provision of the Store if any of the following events occurs:
(1) When regular or emergency maintenance or updates of equipment or systems for operating/providing the Store are conducted
(2) When it becomes difficult to operate/provide the Store due to force majeure such as war, terrorism, riots, disturbances, labor disputes, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, tsunamis, fires, or power outages
(3) When services of a telecommunications carrier are not provided
(4) When, for operational or technical reasons, the Company deems it necessary to temporarily interrupt or suspend the operation/provision of the Store, or when unforeseen circumstances make operation/provision difficult
2. The Company shall bear no responsibility, regardless of the reason, for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to temporary interruption, suspension, etc. of the Store’s operation/provision.

Article 15 (Scope of Liability)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages (whether direct or indirect) incurred by customers arising from the use of the Store or from products and services provided through the Store.

Article 16 (Damages)
If a User causes damage to a third party by using the Store, the User shall resolve the matter at the User’s own responsibility and expense and shall hold the Company harmless. If the User causes damage to the Company by violating these Terms, the Company may claim compensation for such damage from the User.

Article 17 (Validity and Severability)
Even if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 18 (Governing Law)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 19 (Jurisdiction)
Any litigation relating to the use of the Store or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company as the court of first instance.
