We blend fragrant Japanese green tea with yuzu from Kochi Prefecture, known for its vivid aroma, achieving an ideal balance between the two.
Two types of yuzu — coarsely ground and finely milled — are used to create a delicate bitterness and a beautifully uplifting impression.
