A collaboration between Japan’s specialty chocolate brand “Minimal - Bean to Bar Chocolate -” and EN TEA has created two varieties: Green Tea Chocolate -EN TEA- and Roasted Tea Chocolate -EN TEA-.

Building on their previous collaborations in pairing tea and chocolate, the two brands set out to craft chocolates that capture the moment of savoring freshly brewed tea — its rich aroma, gentle sweetness, and evolving layers of umami. By combining their expertise and refining the recipes through numerous trials, they have embodied their pursuit of the “ultimate” Japanese tea chocolate in these two creations.
