Minimal - Bean to Bar Chocolate -, a Japanese specialty chocolate shop that has been exploring the possibilities of tea and chocolate together, opened a new store, Patisserie Minimal Soshigaya Okura, in September.
In the eat-in space attached to the store, you can enjoy EN TEA tea ( roasted black tea , roasted lemongrass tea ) along with assiette desserts and parfaits prepared on the spot by the pastry chef.
This is Minimal's first patisserie with an attached workshop, which aims to expand new possibilities for cacao. One of the attractions of the shop is the live atmosphere, where you can watch the pastry chefs and chocolatiers make their products.
