■ Holiday Closure Period
December 27, 2025 (Sat) – January 4, 2026 (Sun)

Orders placed by December 25 (Thu) will be shipped before the holiday.
Orders placed on or after December 26 (Fri) will be shipped sequentially from January 6, 2026 (Mon).

Customer inquiries received during the holiday period will also be answered sequentially from
January 6, 2026 (Mon).
Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day during the holiday period.

EN TEA Isetan Shinjuku will follow the department store’s year-end and New Year operating hours:
December 31: closes at 5:00 PM
January 1: closed
January 2: closes at 6:00 PM
