This set includes a teacup by KUTANI CHOEMON, selected as the ideal teaware for this tea, and a tea strainer by Kanaamitsuji, distinguished by its elegant chrysanthemum and tortoiseshell weave patterns.

We chose green tea for this blend, hoping that each cup of tea would help you reset from the day and find quiet time to reflect. By slowly infusing the tea in cold water, caffeine is reduced, creating a sense of ease and relaxation. Low-temperature brewing draws out deep umami and clarity, resulting in a smooth, transparent taste that easily fits into your evening routine.

The tea is made primarily from two varieties of steamed tamaryokucha known for their high theanine content, blended with Gabaron tea—green tea leaves stored under vacuum to naturally produce GABA. Each sachet is portioned for one cup (80ml).
Place the tea in a strainer and cup, pour in cold water, and steep gently for 15 minutes. Lifting the strainer slowly at the end creates a clean, clear flavor with no bitterness.
The time spent waiting for the tea to infuse and savoring it before sleep becomes a quiet ritual—helping you return to your natural self.

How to Brew
・ Place one sachet into the strainer and cup.

The fine stainless-steel mesh inside ensures a crystal-clear cup of tea.
