Hojicha is made by selecting tea leaves that have a long-lasting aroma and lingering aftertaste when roasted, and then roasting them in two ways: lightly and darkly.
Tea type: Hojicha (dark roast + light roast)
Origin: Kagoshima Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Other varieties: Yabukita, etc.
