Orders placed by Thursday, December 26th will be shipped before the holidays.
Orders placed during the holiday period from Friday, December 27th onwards will be shipped sequentially starting from Monday, January 6th, 2025.

During this period, we will also be closed for responding to customer inquiries. We will respond to inquiries in order of their inclusion from Monday, January 6, 2025.

EN TEA Isetan Shinjuku store will follow the building's New Year's holiday hours (December 31st: closes at 5pm; January 1st: closed; January 2nd: closes at 6pm).
