The special exhibition "The Art of Tea", where you can enjoy art like a cup of tea, will be held at the Geidai Art Plaza in Ueno, Tokyo from Saturday, June 1st, 2024.
EN TEA will be exhibiting and selling " ARTEA " in conjunction with the "Keigo Kamiide Exhibition IZURA" within the same exhibition.
Okakura Tenshin made a great contribution to spreading the Japanese spirit of tea to the world.
In this exhibition, " ARTEA " is added to an oil painting by Kamide Keigo, painted on the theme of Goura, Ibaraki Prefecture, a place associated with Okakura Tenshin, as "tea that serves as a bridge between art and the viewer."
